WHAT I AM REALLY PROUD OF

Hi Friends,

I would like to tell you that there are two things I am really proud of.

First of all I am very proud of my my family. This year we are going to celebrate our 60th wedding anniversery with my husband.We have been through some hard times but there were also a lot of great moments.If I were to choose a partner for my life I am sure it would be "Buben"/this is the nickname of my husband/whom I would marry again. We have got two daughters ,four grandchildren and to grand-grandchildren.Despite the fact that some of my very close realtives live abroad we are in close touch, we see each other as often as possible, we often spend our holidays togethet,especially in the winter,as we are all fond of skiing.

The other thing I am proud of is my hobby-swimming. I have been swimming since my early childhood.When I was a child my parents did not have the money to take us away on holidays. We spent the summers at the Košice open air swimming pool. I cherish the best memories of these summers.I became the the member of the Košice junior swimming team, took part in competitions and I was quite successfull I must say.
Ten year ago I became an "organised" swimmer" again , I joined the Košice Senior Swimming Club, we are a jolly good company, we take part in competitions about
six or seven times a year, we often travel abroad.Two years ago I won a silver medal at the European Senior Swimming Championship, this is what
I am really proud of, so is my family.
